Job summary
We are hiring a Fractional Talent & Hiring Lead to own hiring velocity recruiter performance and process adherence at O8. This role will turn hiring from a reactive CEO-driven scramble into a reliable function that consistently fills roles in under 21 days on average with high-quality candidates. Leadership should be focused on final approvals not bottlenecks and this role is responsible for making that a reality.- Hiring pipeline management intake to offer.
