Actively participate in coding and feature development.
Mentor and guide other developers to improve their skills and delivery capabilities.
Oversee the creation and management of DevOps pipelines.
Contribute to discussions aimed at standardizing best practices.
Senior IT Architect, Developer Platform and Tooling

• Mandatory Skills10+ years of hands on experience developing and operating Java applications in Canadian or US enterprises.

3+ years of experience developing and operating React applications.2+ years of production experience running applications in Kubernetes environments.
Strong experience in building and troubleshooting various DevOps pipelines and tooling.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
