GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assist Contract Administrator with managing customer contracts.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create and track all sales orders.
• Create and track all purchase orders.
• Receive invoices from subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate order entry and follow up.
• Submits monthly billing to customer.
• Document control.
• Cross train for warehouse coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
• Report and document non-conformances, CARs and continuous improvements.
• Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards for the site.
• Make decisions within limits of general standards or procedures.
• Report near misses and incidents to site manager and cooperate with investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork.
• Good computer and systems knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service required.

• Experience in purchasing, or inventory management preferred.
• Intermediate / Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
