Team Environment:

Join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals who value teamwork and support. Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome from the moment they enter the office. Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Perform pre-screening tests, including visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and lensometry, under the guidance of our optometrists.

Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments, ensuring all equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing insurance claims.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience working in an optometry office or healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, procedures, and protocols.
