Since its inception in 1989 as a transformer maintenance and repair shop, PTI Transformers has grown to be the largest privately-owned Canadian manufacturer of electrical power and distribution transformers.

We operate manufacturing facilities in Regina and Winnipeg, and a warehouse in Mississauga. Our production facility is clean and well-organized with a focus on teamwork, quality and innovation. To be successful in this position you must show confidence and competence while working independently to meet the monthly quota set out by the department supervisor.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety, time management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required.

If you are a team player, dedicated and have a proven record of strong work attendance, you will enjoy working in a facility with a fixed schedule that includes an EDO (Earned Day Off) every 2 weeks.

To be considered for this position, you will have successfully completed Grade 12. You MUST be living in Canada and be eligible to work. We do not have an open Labour Market Impact Analysis. A criminal record check will be conducted before hire.
