Estimator/Repair Planner to join the growing team Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will be responsible for handling moderate to complex physical damage appraisals, assessing damage and completing re-inspections for quality assurance while providing exceptional customer service.

Your day-to-day:
- Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage
- Complete appraisals and negotiate with insurance company's on proper repair methods and pricing
- Submit supplements in a timely manner and provide appraisers with all required photos and documentation
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance appraisers
- Monitor daily productivity of all assignments and corresponding records
- Monitor progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed
What you need:
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience either appraising automobile physical damages or working within an imaging desk role
- Possess technical knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repairs
- Thorough knowledge of Mitchell and Autodex electronic imaging/estimating system
- Must have a good working knowledge of the collision industry and "DRP" practices/guideline
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide superior customer service
