- sweeping and litter removal around shopping centre
- pressure washing the sidewalks, patios, loading dock and exterior of the shopping centre
- washing, mopping and hosing of exterior areas of the shopping centre as needed
- high & low glass cleaning
- seasonal exterior work supplimented with night cleaning of the interior of the shopping mall
- seasonal snow removal as required
- must have a clean criminal record
- must be able to work in Canada
- previous experience using hot and cold water pressure washers mandatory
- previous experience using high glass cleaning equipment including tucker pole and water brushes preferred but training will be provided
- full training provided in all areas to meet company cleaning standards

Description
Dexterra requires a seasonal night time pressure washing cleaner to clean and maintain the exterior of the Bay Centre shopping mall in Victoria B.C. immediately.
This is a seasonal position. When the weather prevents the exterior pressure washing the hours will be supplimented with interior night cleaning work.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 11 pm to 7 am
