Machine Operator - Richmond, Canada - Pacific Coast Warehousing

Description

• Locating products in the warehouse; primarily using forklift but reach truck experience would be an asset
• Order selection, loading and unloading of trailers
• Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas
• Working with power equipment, hireach forklifts
• Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy

• Receiving, picking and shipping
• Knowledge of Outlook
• Have strong communication, oral, written and comprehension skills
• Be able to work quickly, under pressure, and have a sense of urgency
• Be able to record and reconcile information while prioritizing
• Have the ability to work independently and with mínimal direction as well as part of a team
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The flexibility to meet the everchanging needs of the department
• Outstanding work safe attitude and safety record
• Good attendance record
• This position will require reach truck certification to support the shipping Operations in the department.
• Forklift #2 (counterbalance & narrow aisle) and power jack experience required.
• Please note: Heavy lifting is required up to 50lbs
