A little about the position:
Job Summary
Primary Role: The Quality Design Reviewer evaluates and ensures all orders (both Auto-Designed & Custom) are entered and designed to the requirements of the order and adheres to all Latham standard procedures and customer preferences. The position monitors, reports and provides feedback on error trends to the functional organizations for continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check order entry to customer paperwork
- Check liner/cover designs to ensure compliance with procedure before passing on to production. This includes designs by design staff and auto design technology.
- Support the design team as appropriate based on individual skills to address design team emergent demands causing backlogs and bottle necks.
- Present feedback on trends based on findings to Leadership group
- Provide positive advice to designers and order entry as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary diploma or university degree in a related field preferred
- Experience reviewing drawings/plans or related experience; experience in the swimming pool industry is an asset
- AutoCAD/CAD experience is preferred
- Strong math, data-entry, customer service, interpersonal, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to establish effective working relationships within team
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $ $28.89 per hour.*Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: Year-End
