Job Summary

The role will be responsible for helping the finance team view clean, organized and well-defined data points in order to build conclusive reports.

The person's data entry activities will support the global strategy established and help the company reach its sales objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support finance with data entry and additional administrative tasks
Ensure data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
Maintain CRM database by entering new and updating customer and account information

Pull and manipulate data reports

Qualifications

Knowledge in Excel
Shows strong organization skills
Great attention to detail and rigid work method
Comfortable with repeat work activities

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
