Job Description:

About This Role
We are looking for someone to develop and implement Technology Controls and Information Security related policies, programs and tools.

You will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect TD.

You may also participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.

Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:

Participate in Identity and Access Management strategy development
Conduct research on emerging technologies aligned with GIAM strategic roadmap
Design methodologies for IAM solutions, including cloud technologies
Define IAM solutions and controls
Act as SME in Identity and Access Management capabilities
Assist with assessments related to risk, controls and implemented control procedures.
Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions as it relates to key Access Management controls.
Support governance practices to monitor, detect, prevent and react to current and emerging security threats to TD.
To support and ensure continuous improvement in the IAM space by proposing emerging technologies and practices.
Support development of technology risk reporting, monitoring key trends and defining metrics to measure control effectiveness.
Support the team in resolving compliance, audit and regulatory issues.

Guide stakeholders within defined parameters related to specific Access Management controls and standards

Requirements:

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention.

It helps if you have:

University Degree.
Information Security Certification / Accreditation an asset.

years in IAM Strategy.
years on various IAM programs

Knowledge and experience on authentication and authorization controls, including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Federation services advanced authentication
Experience in Project implementation is a must
Experience on SailPoint Identity IQ or equivalent IGA platforms
Advanced knowledge of one or more technology controls or security domains, disciplines and practices.
Sound to advanced knowledge of business, technology controls, security and risk issues.
Knowledge on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SOD (Separation of Duties) programs
Demonstrated ability to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity.

Readiness to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level
