Title of the Position:
Butcher
Main duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Price meat products
- Sell meats to customers
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
- Train meat cutters
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- Slaughter cattle, calves, and sheep as prescribed by religious laws
- Organize and maintain inventory
- All other relevant tasks

Job and Skill Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a butcher working with Halal religious laws
- Tight deadlines, Fastpaced environment, Standing for extended period of time,
- Attention to detail, Physically demanding, Handeye coordination
- Completion of secondary school
