    We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to partner with our leadership team and play a key role in driving our platform's adoption, building pivotal customer relationships, and shaping our sales strategy. Your insights will directly influence our product development and sales approach, laying the foundation for our growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account Management and Upsell Opportunities: Manage customer accounts with the goal of ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities, leveraging our AI-driven platform to demonstrate added value and enhance customer success.
    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, employing strategic prospecting methods to expand our customer base and foster growth.
    • Inbound Lead Response and Management: Quickly and effectively respond to inbound leads, maintaining diligent follow-up to ensure potential clients are engaged and moved through the sales pipeline efficiently.
    • Product Strategy Input: Work closely with the product team, sharing customer feedback and market insights to influence and refine our platform's roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market demands and customer needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Sales Experience with a Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a consistent history of quota attainment, showcasing the ability to identify and close new business opportunities within a technology or SaaS environment.
    • Strategic Account Management with Enterprise Focus: Experience in managing customer relationships and driving upsell opportunities, particularly with enterprise accounts. A focus on maximizing customer success and satisfaction while navigating the complexities of large organizational structures.
    • Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Ability to effectively generate new leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and maintain a consistent follow-up process to move leads through the sales pipeline.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and advise customers, as well as to collaborate with internal teams.
    • Grit and Adaptability: Demonstrates resilience, the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, and a commitment to innovation.
    • Startup Experience: History of thriving in a startup environment by adapting quickly, solving problems creatively, and driving forward despite challenges.
    • Experience in Sales Software: Direct experience selling software solutions focused on enhancing sales processes, with a bonus for specific knowledge in the RFP and proposal management category.
