What are your contributions to the team?:

Take a leadership role in solving technical problems by coordinating activities with other support services and providing technical support throughout the problem-solving process, including drafting and executing plans, making recommendations, and implementing changes.
Manage short and/or mediumterm projects aimed at optimizing production, reducing costs, and eliminating nonvalueadded operations.
Ensure the alignment of engineering changes or assembly strategy implementation by closely collaborating with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production services.
Guide production employees to reduce operational costs.
Optimize the processes for drafting our work instructions and first production control.
Develop effective painting methods, considering technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of painting operations into the overall manufacturing process.
Ensure that all paint operations comply with aerospace safety standards and report any incidents or accidents.

How to thrive in this role?:

Hold a college degree in engineering or equivalent.
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing/paint workshop environment.
Possess experience in the aerospace industry or an equivalent field.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have basic knowledge of software such as SAP, MS Office, Power Point, and Excel.
Be a team player with strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with numerous business partners.
Possess knowledge of aerospace paint procedures and associated materials.
Understand aerospace industry safety and quality standards.
Have planning, time management, and problemsolving skills.
Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Exhibit superior organizational and leadership skills.
Be comfortable in a dynamic and everchanging work environment.
