GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Receptionist is responsible for the reception and secretarial requirements of the firm.


MAJOR TASKS & DUTIES:

• Answer phones and direct messages to applicable staff members.
• Greet the public and clients and assist them with their appointment requirements
• Assist all staff with communication with clients as required
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures required to operate an effective and efficient reception area
• Maintain supplies inventory
• Maintain received on accounts records
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


Experience:

• Above average telephone etiquette skills

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good working knowledge of computers and their operations
• Above average working knowledge of word processing software programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook

Job Types:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
