GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist is responsible for the reception and secretarial requirements of the firm.
MAJOR TASKS & DUTIES:
- Answer phones and direct messages to applicable staff members.
- Greet the public and clients and assist them with their appointment requirements
- Assist all staff with communication with clients as required
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures required to operate an effective and efficient reception area
- Maintain supplies inventory
- Maintain received on accounts records
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- Above average telephone etiquette skills
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good working knowledge of computers and their operations
- Above average working knowledge of word processing software programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
