Architectural CAD Drafter

Job description
I am looking for an experienced CAD Drafter with a strong background in structural engineering and architecture.I have existing "As-Is" DWG files that are 100% correct. The proposed "New Plan" is also already drafted and is generally very good. I only need MINIMAL adjustments. You must NOT start from scratch or redraft the whole plan.
The Building Structure:
- Basement (UG): Solid stone/masonry (undergoing renovation and conversion at a later stage)
- Upper Floor (EG): Timber frame construction currently undergoing renovation and conversion.
Your Immediate Task:
I need to relocate specific steel beams in the upper floor.
CRITICAL:
You must have genuine engineering understanding.
The loads from the relocated steel beams in the upper floor must be properly transferred down to the load-bearing stone walls in the basement.
If you do not understand load paths, please do not apply.Software Requirement, if possible (LibreCAD):
The final deliverable must be fully and easily editable in LibreCAD.
Currently, when I open the existing DWG files in LibreCAD, it reads the file, but I cannot modify the objects properly, and the dimensions do not update automatically when stretched.
You must know how to format/export the file (e.g., proper DXF formatting, exploding blocks if necessary) so it works natively in LibreCAD.
Long-term Potential:
If this initial task goes well, there will be significantly more work
I will need:
- Sections (Schnitte)
- Elevations (Ansichten)
- Detailed construction drawings (Details)
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Languages:
German.
