Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and business development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling all incoming inquiries effectively.

Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine potential fit for our products/services.

Research and identify potential clients and market segments to pursue.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand our reach and visibility.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role/customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to effectively engage with potential clients through telemarketing or inside sales activities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is preferred.

Nice to have knowledge about Information Technology.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour


Expected hours:
per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 3 years (required)
