Duties:

Under the direct supervision of conference organizer, facilitate preparation for a small Working Conference in Brandon
- assist with practical arrangements for conference including IT, facilities and materials
- arrange catering for meals and refreshments

Conduct a review of literature on teacher leadership
Identify themes and publications in recent literature on the topic of teacher leadership
Prepare an annotated bibliography from the findings and other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

Current M. Ed. student or graduate student in a related discipline with relevant experience preferred, thirdfourth year undergraduate student may be considered
Strong organizational skills and competent with Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drive and Outlook
Excellent written and oral English, French an asset
Interest in research, teacher education, collaborative writing, and leadership
To be able to liaise on site in the lead up to the conference
The successful applicant will be invited to attend the Fall Working Conference and will be acknowledged in conference materials and the resulting edited book
