We are a Mississauga based, fast growing automotive electronics manufacturing company. We supply top quality components to our customers all around the world.
XeMODeX Inc. is looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to fill the Customer Service Representative position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming sales calls, document any customer concerns and recommend necessary service
- Open repair orders based on information provided by customer
- Provide estimates as needed
- Maintain consistent contact with the customer for the duration of the repair of the customer's part by updating them on the status of their repair and contact for any additional work
- Discuss repairs with Technicians and keep updated on the status of repair
- Invoice stock orders
- Process credit card payments online
- Process inbound shipping labels in UPS Worldship
- Handle calls regarding technical and service related inquiries
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role
- Automotive workshop process and product knowledge would be considered an asset
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
- Ability to perform under pressure and pay attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and respond to others
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willing to learn more as a part of further personal development
- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), QuickBooks (asset)
Salary starts at $21.00/hr. plus full benefits after 3 months.
