Job summary

The Regional Indigenous Patient Navigator (RIPN) will support Indigenous patients throughout the cancer care journey by assisting with care navigation, facilitating access to culturally relevant supports,
and helping strengthen relationships between hospitals and Indigenous communities.


This position recognizes UHN's commitment to health equity,/a culturally safer institution for Indigenous peoples and other structurally marginalized groups,/u>,
