Description
Kitchen cook responsible

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Washing equipment and dishes
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follows cleaning schedule, as required (e.g. cleans counters, sinks, stove, floors, machines, equipment and storage areas; spot washes walls and splash area; removes garbage).

Requirements:


  • Basic Japanese food culture knowledge
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Under pressure to work at fast space environment
  • Good communication

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$18.00 per hour
