Position Summary


The Setup Analyst is responsible for loading, managing, and updating key data and system configurations for the client, as this information flows through several environments and Stealth departments.


The Setup Analyst works with Sales, Project Management and Monitoring to on-board new customers into our internal systems, as well as assist in the final configuration of the camera system before it goes live.


The Setup Analyst has a daily workflow of updating various pieces of customer information and system configuration as changes to the customer site and its contacts occur.


The Setup Analyst will have a secondary role in our Service system, taking action on low-level service issues that relate to system configuration performed during on-boarding.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding: Work with various Depts. to load customer's sitespecific data into Stealth internal systems. New resource will have a limited role in final camera system configuration, relating to the system's monitoring schedule and camera masking for monitoring alarm reduction.
  • Site Changes: Responsible for updating any changes to sitespecific data and system configuration that may occur throughout customer site's life cycle.
  • Provide reporting and perform special projects as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Be an advocate for the integrity of customer data and its standardization across multiple Stealth systems.
  • Provide feedback on process and internal systems to optimize efficiency and simplify use.

Ad-Hoc Work

  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, assisting Service Team in other service issues and assisting Masking Team with questions related to system configuration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or secondary education experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of access control/alarm equipment, sound and communication, CCTV systems (analog and IP), computer network systems
  • Network troubleshooting experience preferred.
