As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and procuring goods and services to meet the needs of our operations.

Your leadership skills and keen eye for cost-effective solutions will drive the efficiency of our procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and optimize cost efficiency.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish strong supplier relationships.
Monitor and manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
Implement and maintain procurement software and systems to streamline processes.
Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing management within the logistics or related industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
