Citi's Institutional Client Group (ICG) is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join the Canadian Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) team.

TTS works with mega-cap international corporates and financial institutions - including 99 of the Fortune Global 100 companies - to streamline their Treasury organizations through transactional efficiencies; facilitating approximately $4 trillion of flows daily.


TTS sits on the cutting edge of the intercept between finance and technology, regularly partnering with startups and other technology companies to bring market creating solutions to our client base.

The rotational program at Citi is intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles.

The Program starts on or about July 2024 and begins with an intensive training program in New York. You will then spend six months in a generalist function to come up the curve, where you will have hands-on experience working across TTS business lines and functions prior to beginning your rotations

Your time here will look something like this...

  • Assisting in the growth of our domestic Canadian TTS portfolio with multinational subsidiaries, as well as the growth of our international portfolio with Canadian headoffice companies.
  • Building clientfacing pitchbooks and proposals.
  • Coordinating across Sales, Account Management and Product Management to drive value for clients.
  • Learning about Cash Management and its subcategories, including Payments, Receivables, Liquidity & Investments.
  • Assisting with projects aimed to help our clients facilitate international trade and projects through Trade Finance, and Export & Agency Finance.
  • Helping to analyze client financial and supply chain information to drive working capital enhancements through Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Cards.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations on how to enhance our product offering.
  • Being able to own important projects and reports that drive Management's tactical and strategic decision making
We want to hear from you if...

  • You are planning to obtain your undergraduate degree between December 2023 and June 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint are second nature.
  • You are a citizen of the world and you have interest in how business is done around the globe
