We offer several payment processing solutions to clients throughout Canada including providing leading sports organizations with the ability to accept online payments so they can streamline their registration and enrollment requirements.

About The Role
This includes:
- Troubleshoot and provide clients with solutions to resolve problems
- Work with clients and different areas within the company to successfully onboard new clients and implement products and services.
- Data entry and maintenance of client files
- Providing administrative and clerical support to different departments
About You
- Possess superior customer service attributes
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Good problemsolving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Be a highly organized multitasker
- Selfmotivated and resourceful
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Salary:
$36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
