YOUR MISSION
Analyse and plan for upcoming service information requirements
Attend technical presentations on upcoming technologies and products
Analyse impact of these technologies on current service content
List the service information topics that needs to be covered and evaluate the workload
Communicate with internal and external partners to enrich the information
Prioritize activities according to the department production schedule
Prepare and assemble work packages for vendors (drawings, specification, draft procedure, etc )
Lead standardization initiative across the content ecosystem
Structure content for efficient documents creation
Maintain logical structured document maps with the provided content from outside vendors
Review content for accuracy and consistency
Review the content coming back from vendor
Ensure consistency in content creation process
Ensure stakeholders requirements (legal, certification, engineering, etc ) are represented in delivered content
Lead, support and contribute to service & engineering improvement initiatives

WHAT WILL MY 1st WEEK LOOK LIKE?You will be welcomed with open arms in our Sherbrooke office environment. We'll introduce you to all the people you'll be working with.
We'll make the same tour in the Valcourt office environment at the modern R&D facility where your other partners will be.
Your role will require being present in both offices and allows you to interact with many people.We are aware and sensitive to the new world reality and offer full flexibility to adjust to this new reality.
You will have a structured and organized integration plan that will ensure you have a one-on-one sit-down with all key players that will support you in your mission.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Self-directed and proactive
A strong communicator, both written and verbal in English and French
Experienced and addicted to information management / architecture / configuration
Knowledge using CAD visualization techniques, with Teamcenter or PTC solution is an asset
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field of study, or relevant practical experience;
Technical background experience (5+) in electronics / electrical / mechatronics
A delivery focus, an ability to execute on time and beyond expectations
A growth mindset. You have the ability to think big, keep up to date on emerging trends and industry best practices.
You are open to feedback and on a personal mission to pursue new ideas at every opportunity
