We currently have an opening for a full-time
Gas Bar
Manager at our Gas Bar location in
Blackfalds,
Alberta.

As the Gas Bar Manager, you are reporting to the Division Manager and will be responsible for the organization, direction, and coordination of the Blackfalds Gas Bar to achieve budgeted goals.


Full-time: 40 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months.

  • This position provides benefits, if you are coming from out of province please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider._

Availability requirements:
Weekdays and weekends - mornings (5:00 am start), afternoons and evenings (up to 11:00 pm).


Responsibilities:


  • Providing leadership and coaching to the Gas Bar team,
  • Maintaining standards for merchandising, marketing, employee relations, Health and Safety, Loss Prevention, and due diligence,
  • Scheduling, Team Member training, performance reviews, and recruitment,
  • Sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and SPEH,
  • Ensuring claims, invoices, and administration duties are completed in a timely manner,
  • Other duties as required by the Division Manager.

Qualifications:


  • Previous leadership and Gas Bar Management experience,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Organizational and problemsolving skills.
