Representative, TAO role is based out of our
Central City Offices located in
Surrey, BC.

Detailed Overview:

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families:


Responsibilities:


  • Assesses applicants, reviews and confirms credentials/qualifications with applicants; conducts prescreen interviews; provides guidance to managers on posting and recruitment requirements.
  • Supports the Recruitment team by completing and verifying references.
  • Assists in conducting human resources research and analysis; participates in confidential projects as requested; gathers and consolidates a variety of statistical information; provides summaries of data as requested.
  • Prepares, processes, updates and/or maintains a variety of competition files, other relevant files and external new hire lists.
  • Evaluates procedures; makes recommendations and implements revised methods to improve human resources administration in areas of responsibility.
  • Participates in human resource management issues by dealing directly with manager/employee inquiries.
  • Initiates, maintains and updates employee vacancy competition files; purges files completed and ensures their retention for approved period of time.
  • Responds to a variety of requests for information and assistance from internal and external contacts related to the posting process; prepares relevant correspondence as required.
  • Makes arrangements necessary for individual and/or group meetings, job fair or external presentations.
  • Provides general administrative support by sorting, screening and distributing correspondence and documents for the general information of the department.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience


Completion of a two-year post secondary program in human resources or a directly related discipline, plus two (2) years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
