Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Graymont is hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Lead based out of Graymont's newly renovated head office in Richmond, BC working a hybrid work model.

The Team Lead will lead and support a team of AR Credit and Collections Specialists and support the AR supervisor.

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead responsibilities include:

Supporting the A/R Supervisor with problem solving A/R issues.
Perform indepth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items and identify and communicate findings to the person responsible to complete resolution.
Review monthly consolidated A/R aging and other reports as needed for distribution to management.

About you:

University Degree with a field of study in Business, Accounting or Finance
Professional Collector Micro Certificate Program required or agree to complete certification within 90 days of start date
Preference will be given for a Certified Credit Professional (CCP)
Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
