Job summary
The Reliability Engineer I provides in depth reliability analysis on mechanical systems (rotating and stationary) to reduce the facility's overall risk.This is accomplished by statistically analyzing failures, optimizing proactive maintenance to minimize risk, and supporting functional groups with reliability expertise.
- Support operations and maintenance (refinery and minefield) to improve equipment reliability by:
- Performing Defect Elimination: failure analysis and leading corrective actions.
- Creating Asset Strategies: developing processes to prevent and predict equipment failures using operating, maintenance, and condition monitoring techniques.
