SHIPPING CLERK

    Overview:The Shipping Clerk for Sonova Canada is responsible for fulfilling noncustom hearing instruments orders and assisting the Logistics Department in ensuring that orders and inventories are processed on time and accurately

What you'll do:


  • Picking product to be shipped according to the pick list
  • Packing product according to the company requirements
  • Invoicing orders
  • Generating daily shipping manifests
  • Reprinting, creating, and deleting shipping labels from Agile
  • Picking and distributing service parts for Service department
  • Putting stock away and replenishing stock locations from overstock
  • Total QC function according to ISO Quality Policy Manual
  • Other duties as required

What you bring to the team:

  • Highschool Diploma
  • 12 years experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Proactive and a handson hard worker, performanceoriented
  • A strong set of personal business values that coincide with the values of the company; must have absolute integrity, high level of ethics and trustworthiness.
  • Flexibility in changing and growth oriented environments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Resilient in the face of change and challenge
  • Ability to follow work instructions precisely
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Must be able to use ladder, be on the feet for most of the day and lift boxes up to 20 lb
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
