We are looking for a Project Administrator to perform a wide range of administrative support for the project management team to facilitate the efficient operation of each project.

Your responsibilities as a Project Administrator include the following and probably a few more:

  • Support all Project Manager's in a timely manner with administrative duties
  • Issue Purchase Orders to vendors & approval of vendor invoices
  • Follow up on internal tasks/communications
  • Work in conjunction with the PM team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Arrange couriers and shipments
  • Entering project quotes into ERP system
  • Coordination of survey and installations
  • Assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
  • Manage information and work flow ensuring appropriate handling of incoming requests
  • Taking minutes at meetings and providing a summary with action items to required parties

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP system (will train)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with general contractors, colleagues, developers, and other internal and external clients and stakeholders.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
