Required Skills:

Data Modeler or Database Designer with a strong focus on SQL databases.
Database Management Systems: Handson experience with major SQL database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
Data Modeling Tools: Familiarity with data modeling tools like Power Designer or similar software.
SQL Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL with expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrated passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in data modeling and database technologies.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize data modeling tools such as Power Designer to visually represent database structures, relationships, and views efficiently.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize data models for improved query performance and overall system efficiency.

Develop and maintain database views and stored procedures to encapsulate complex queries and business logic, promoting reusability and data security.

Documentation: Create comprehensive and uptodate documentation of data models, relationships, and design decisions to facilitate understanding and collaboration among team members.
Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, fostering a datadriven culture within the organization.
Data Integration: Collaborate with ETL developers to ensure seamless integration of data models with the data integration processes.
