Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist (PT) with strong home and community care experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships within a community-based model.The Care Company is a home health care organization whose purpose is to create A Better Life for Those at Home. We support clients of all ages—including infants, children, youth, adults, and seniors—to live well and safely in their homes.
This position will require in-person home visits with vulnerable community members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide follow-up sessions focused on mobility, gait training, strength/balance retraining, pain management, and functional progression.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with client goals.
