**COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) DE PRODUCTION
Les priorités peuvent souvent changer dans un environnement en évolution rapide comme le nôtre, ce rôle comprend donc, sans s'y limiter, les responsabilités suivantes:

- Fournir un soutien actif à nos équipes de développement, comme aider au « breakdown», Organiser toutes les célébrations agiles, prendre des notes, mettre à jour « les plannings », et maintenir tous les outils de planification à jour comme Jira.
- Aider à la planification du « sprint », fournir une visibilité sur les progrès et les « flags ».
- Faciliter la communication entre nos équipes de développement. Trouvez des opportunités pour aider votre équipe à se concentrer sur ce qu'elle fait le mieux.

**RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Désir de poursuivre une carrière dans la production de jeux.
- Compréhension générale des principes fondamentaux de la gestion de projet (ex : planification, suivi, « reporting »).
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
- Expérience avec une variété d'outils de gestion de projet; Expérience JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook est un plus.
- Assurer la liaison entre les équipes spécifiques au projet et les autres départements (Assurance Qualité, Audio, Marketing).
- Aider à l'intégration des nouveaux membres de l'équipe pour s'assurer qu'ils apprennent nos processus et nos outils.
- Assurer la visibilité du projet sur les différents états. Identifier et anticiper les problèmes potentiels dans le flux de production et fournir des solutions pouvant être mises en œuvre.

**PROFIL:
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience en management idéalement dans l'industrie des jeux vidéo.
- Bonne capacité de gestion et d'organisation du travail.
- Bonne connaissance du logiciel Jira et de Confluence. Connaissance de la méthodologie Agile (la certification est un atout).

**PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Budge Studios is looking for an enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join its dynamic team.
As a Production Coordinator you will assist the team in achieving our quality and creative goals for a mobile App game. The Production Coordinator will work closely with all leads and team leads to maintain milestone schedules, track feature and content status, and communicate team progress and any major flag to the Producer.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support to our development teams such as helping in breakdown, organization of all agile celebrations, taking notes, updating schedules, maintaining every planning and updating tools such as Jira.
- Assist in Spring planification, provide visibility on progress and flags.
- Facilitate communication across our development teams. Find opportunities to help your team focus on doing what they do best.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Desire to pursue a career in game production.
- General understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. scheduling, tracking, reporting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with a variety of project management tools; JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project experience, Word, Excel, Outlook is a plus.
- Liaise between project-specific teams and other departments (Quality Assurance, Audio, Marketing).
- Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure they learn our processes, tools.
- Ensure the visibility of the project in various states. Identify and anticipate potential problems in the production workflow and provide solutions that can be implemented.

**PROFILE:
- Bilingual (French and English).
- At least 1 year of management experience, ideally in the video games industry.
- Good management and work organization skills.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence software.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (certification is an asset).
