Join to apply for the Flexologist role at Industry in Oakville, ON. This studio-based position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Earn $28 per hour while stretching clients. Additional pay is available through tips and performance-based bonuses. Paid time is provided between sessions.

What You'll Do (and Love)

• Deliver life-changing one-on-one stretch sessions using proven techniques to help clients move more freely, feel looser, and live more actively.
• Educate clients on posture, recovery, and mobility; your knowledge becomes their long-term wellness tool.
• Build meaningful client relationships; foster trust and a strong community connection.
• Help grow our studio by collaborating with front desk and membership teams to welcome clients, promote memberships, and maintain high studio energy.
• Grow alongside us through training, mentorship, and ongoing education.

Who We're Looking For

You're more than a coach. You're a movement professional with heart, expertise, and a passion for helping others thrive. You must have one of the following :

• A degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
• A current certification (CSEP, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar)
• A license as a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Athletic Therapist, or Kinesiologist
• A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or Barre, with strong anatomy and body mechanics knowledge

Bonus if you're :

• CPR or AED Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Experienced with 1+ years working directly with clients in fitness or rehab
• Friendly, professional, and ready to make an impact
• Energized by a fast-paced, client-focused environment
