The Strategic and Corporate Services Department
Information Technology Division requires an auxiliary Clerk Typist 3.
Responsibilities
You will provide clerical and administrative support to the department which will include coordination and documentation of Information Technology procedures, tracking hardware and software agreements, preparing correspondence and reports, entering data into various, systems, ordering office supplies and maintaining records and files. You will also be responsible for entering payroll for the department.

Requirements:

You will have general office experience, including word processing and data entry experience, and excellent clerical and administrative skills, along with accurate keyboarding and the ability to type at a net speed of 50 wpm. Experience with timekeeping and record keeping would be an advantage. You are able to juggle priorities and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of people in a professional manner. Initiative, outstanding customer service and effective problem solving skills are essential. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and Adobe, with good attention to detail. Experience using financial and/or records management systems would be an asset.
Compensation

- $26.34 to $30.94 per hour + 12% in lieu of benefits- (Pay Grade 1
