ABOUT THE ROLE


To be a successful
Delivery Manager, you will need to coordinate and assist the team in being able to deploy and release to the highest standards, in line with estimations that you help to set with the Business Development team.

You will work closely with the team's Engineering Manager, Developers, Quality Engineers, Medical Quality Specialists, and other stakeholders from other groups such as the Platform team, Client Success, and Product Managers.


This highly visible role is responsible for all Enterprise new client onboardings and upgrades to existing clients at Ada Health.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Maintain companywide oversight of enterprise client delivery by providing strong leadership, while outlining expected quality standards.
  • Responsible for the coordination and management of all Enterprise onboardings and updates.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company to provide strategic guidance and understanding about our delivery process and quality goals.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on strong team culture and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and technical improvements to help us better scale in our growth journey.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams and develop a strong collaborative relationship with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Streamline service roadmaps, set goals and guidelines, manage deployments to the budget and set schedules, coordinate with engineering managers and product owners across groups.
  • Form strong relationships within the team, with Engineers, Quality Engineers, and the Engineering Manager.
  • Flag up issues that may affect team health & happiness. Working with leadership and the team to resolve conflict and retain a positive healthy working culture.
  • Support the team to prioritize deliverables, and in helping to remove any roadblock or blockers for them to complete their work and help them to become better in selforganizing.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:


  • You have excellent project management skills and experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills at all levels: Executive Team, Senior Leadership, peers, and other stakeholders. You know how and when to escalate, communicate clearly and resolve/predict potential communication misalignments.
  • You are a change maker: You can thrive in an environment where things are not set in stone. You enjoy building foundational processes towards a strong, highperforming team.
  • You have a good understanding and experience of the technical side of deployments: e.g. knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • You have experience working and interacting with large Enterprise clients and are familiar with service level expectations
  • You have experience in using project specific software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Miro).
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills: Attention to detail and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources.
  • You have experience working in agile environments (Scrum in particular).
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is beneficial
  • Medical Device / Quality management System experience is a particular bonus.
  • This role requires that you speak fluent English.
  • To be located in Eastern Time Zone (max. 6 hours time difference with CET)
