Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of Warehouse & Delivery departments in our Langford and Nanaimo facilities with support from Warehouse & Delivery Supervisors at each location
- Assist Delivery teams with training coordination and customer service guidance
- Collaborate with Purchasing & Sales to ensure appropriate on hand inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count programs
- Manage delivery fleet and MHE maintenance programs
- Manage branch P&L
- Aid in hiring, employee training & development, and discipline
- Monitor and report on KPI and operational metrics
- Travel between Langford & Nanaimo as required
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years Management experience
- Warehouse Management OR Logistics & Supply Chain Diploma
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Current or previous forklift certification
- Familiar with WMS & RF systems
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong Health & Safety background

Work Environment
- Warehouse environment
- Travel required, approximately one day per week
- Schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
