Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of Warehouse & Delivery departments in our Langford and Nanaimo facilities with support from Warehouse & Delivery Supervisors at each location
Assist Delivery teams with training coordination and customer service guidance
Collaborate with Purchasing & Sales to ensure appropriate on hand inventory
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count programs
Manage delivery fleet and MHE maintenance programs
Manage branch P&L
Aid in hiring, employee training & development, and discipline
Monitor and report on KPI and operational metrics
Travel between Langford & Nanaimo as required

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years Management experience
Warehouse Management OR Logistics & Supply Chain Diploma
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Current or previous forklift certification
Familiar with WMS & RF systems
Valid class 5 driver's license
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and customer service skills
Strong Health & Safety background
