Tile Setter - Richmond, Canada - Warrior Contracting

Looking for a finishing carpenter/tile setter to join my construction company and assist with renovation and alteration jobs throughout the lower mainland.

Job location:
Delta (and throughout the lower mainland)

Full Time Job: 40 hours a week


Salary:
$25-$40CAD per hour depending on experience.


Skills:

• Experience in tiling, finishing carpentry, painting, and flooring is a major asset.
• Interpersonal skills; and is able to communicate professionally and effectively with a client.
• Eager to learn new skills in the construction industry and try new tasks.
• Responsible and dependable employee who is comfortable working on their own, if left alone on a job site.
• Has vehicle and is able to get around the lower mainland to different job sites and has a driver's license
• Speaks English
• Secondary school graduate.

Some duties include:
- tiling, finishing carpentry, painting, flooring, cleanup, demolition and assisting with all tasks throughout the work day
- maintaining a professional relationship and work enviroment around clients
- cleaning and organizing job site
- showing up on time every day ready to work.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
