Northern Reflections seeks a Store Team Leader to lead our store team. Responsibilities include assisting with opening and closing procedures, leading the team to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist Store Management in achieving company objectives
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales budgets daily weekly and yearly
• Achieve key performance indicators as Associate Seller Fundamentals Demonstrating Coaches Customers highest level Customer Service brand by using all product knowledge promoting Campaign Goals selling Northern as a brand Processing Customer purchases quickly accurately at cash register Effectively coaches Associates productivity measures managing contests promotions outreach events Assist management recruitment of Sales associates Leading Sales associates achieve budgets through positive motivation Planning implementing visual directions layouts Ensuring neat clean well-presented Maintaining presentation standards preparing schedule other duties assigned
