The Opportunity

  • Your qualifications include a minimum of a 2 year post secondary Business program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that make you a good fit for this position.
A strong numerical ability, effective customer service and communication skills are essential in this role. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and who can work independently. Your ability to learn and understand a diverse range of topics is essential, as is your ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables) is essential and a working knowledge of the Customer Service System (CSS) is an asset. The ability to support off site events promoting the takeCHARGE portfolio of programs will also be required along with other duties as assigned. Compensation is as per the current Collective Agreement.

You are a creative, motivated individual with keen interest in helping customers manage their energy usage. You are an effective communicator and team player allowing you to thrive in a team environment.
