Description

Busy high-end woodwork shop is looking to hire an outside sales representative to work with and support existing customer base and to develop new customers on a residential and commercial scale.

We manufacture fully custom millwork, doors and moldings in solid wood. We do the complex projects that most companies can't.

Responsibilities

Understand and represent our company's products and our customers' needs
Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make active qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
Occasionally engage with customers onsite to identify issues with our product or assist with measurements.

Skills and Qualifications

Sales experience within a Millwork and Doors setting (manufacturing, installation and construction experience is an asset)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with sales quoting software and standard Microsoft Office software.
Personal integrity.
Have reliable transportation/Valid Driver's Licence.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
