Employment Type:
Full-time with on-call responsibilities

Hours: 7:00m

Starting Wage:
$60,000 annual salary to start
Tsawwassen Shuttles Inc (TSI) is the award-winning transportation and construction services group founded in 2011 by
Tsawwassen First Nation Member Steven Stark. TSI Land provides shuttle and standard bus, water truck, and street
sweeping services. TSI Water supports a wide range of aquatic transportation and research activities.

The Dispatcher / Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Organizing and maintaining contracts for all four divisions
• Sharing dispatch duties, including scheduling drivers, for all four divisions with admin team
• Scheduling equipment repairs and maintenance
• Scheduling staff training and meetings
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Mentoring administrative support staff
• Invoicing and other general accounting tasks under the supervision of the Controller
• Assisting the CEO as directed estimates, filing, banking, invoicing, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
• Excellent organizational skills
• Internal and external customerservice centric
• Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, AR/AP, etc.
• Computer programs including QuickBooks, QB Tsheets, Word, Excel, etc.

Preferred Skills, licensing, and certifications

• Certificate in accounting, marketing, or other business degree or certificate
• Understanding of Coast Salish values and culture

Salary:
$45,000.00-$67,218.35 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tsawwassen, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
