Dear,
For our early-stage Dutch dropshipping business with strong growth ambitions, we're building a solid foundation and planning to scale throughout this year.
To support that growth, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Shopify Lister to join our team part-time (starting at 10–15 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a long-term, full-time role.
We are looking for someone who understands the product listing process, works with precision, and communicates clearly. Please answer the following questions, if you are interested.- Do you have experience working with Shopify?
- Have you worked with product data or product listings before (any platform)?
- Are you comfortable following structured workflows and instructions?
- Do you have experience in Trello?
- Have you used Slack for team communication?
- Are you available 1015 hours per week (with room to grow)?
As a Shopify Lister you have:
- Basic Shopify knowledge (advanced experience is not required)
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal (Must)
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, or Google Sheets (or willing to learn)
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Be available for weekly team calls
- Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
- Available to join immediately
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing product listings inside Shopify
- Ensuring listings are prepared for Google Shopping approval (training provided)
- Monitoring progress to prevent delays or mistakes in the process
- Communicating with team members who participate in the same process
- Updating and maintaining product data in Google Sheets according to instructions
- Clear workflows and step-by-step SOPs are provided for every part of the process
