HARP Security is currently in search of a qualified Security Dispatch Operators to join our team.


Part-Time Position Hours are Friday/Saturday/Sunday and Stat Holiday's

Description:


Typical Daily Duties Include:

  • Primary Client Liaison
  • Administrative Duties; filing, reporting, correspondence
  • Primary Communications Personnel
  • Monitoring Alarm software
  • Live Camera Feeds and Video Surveillance
  • Answering Phones and Assisting Clients
  • Tracking and Documenting Activity
  • Dispatching Mobile Units via two-way radio

Requirements:


  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable answering phones and excel in client care
  • Must have extensive experience with computers
  • Must be able to type quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work
