The position of Project Lead reports to the Director, Operations. You are expected to devote your full-time efforts to the business of Paladin.
Responsibilities
- Leading Installation and servicing electronic security systems
- Pre-wiring, installing, programming commissioning troubleshooting maintenance Acceptance Testing Plans execute plans meet contract client future service needs Assist system design layout Provide customer training proper system usage respond technical inquiries Relationship building clients prospects future opportunities Administrative duties project updates completing filing project documentation You may required on-call regularly scheduled hours day work night shifts when needed based project service requirements Guiding technicians subcontractors deliver effectively schedule Troubleshooting repair hardware software integrated systems Work manufacturers technical support teams resolve system issues Be available willing participate after hours On-Call rotation Complete detailed accurate paperwork assist as-built documentation Build confidence clients stakeholders enhance organizations reputation industry Adhere Paladins Quality Safety program Lead projects site level manage team junior technicians Maintain high level safety professionalism Work heights utilizing ladders scaffolding lifts confined spaces necessary.
