Are you passionate about creating delectable doughnuts that are works of art? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Gourmet Doughnut Specialist to join our team.

As a Gourmet Doughnut Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting mouthwatering doughnuts that will delight our customers' taste buds

  • Rolling out dough and fry a variety of gourmet doughnuts, create glazes and pastry creams and fillings in accordance with our recipes and standards.
  • Decorate and finish doughnuts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring each one is visually appealing and Instagramworthy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of doughnuts.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking ingredients and supplies.
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and contribute creative ideas for new doughnut flavors and designs.

Requirements:


  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a bakery or pastry setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistency in doughnut quality and appearance.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 2:00 am.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new flavors and designs.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
