Boutique Hotel in Downtown Montreal


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor to join our team at our boutique hotel in downtown Montreal.

As a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, assisting with guest inquiries, and handling financial transactions.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to our guests at all times
  • Assist with checkin and checkout processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local area, and amenities
  • Process financial transactions, including room charges and payments
  • Balance cash drawer and complete financial reports at the end of the shift
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French is required
