We are currently seeking a highly motivated
Digital Marketing Manager based in
Toronto or Montreal to join our National Marketing team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to improve our cust


omer's online experience and digital growth by working with suppliers, sales teams, category managers, marketing team and business leaders in each Nedco division across Canada.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop an online strategic plan for ecommerce sales growth in line with the company's mission & objectives, sales strategy, and identity of our various subbrands.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for traffic, conversion, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain schedule of online promotional activities to generate more visits and digital revenue growth.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct frequent website audits and provide recommendations to improve performance and customer experience to drive conversions and grow digital revenue.
  • Ensure improved online presence of our several partners.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, category managers and suppliers to optimize content that will generate traffic on our different websites.
  • Implement strategies that increases customer and staff adoption of our various digital tools (Web, Order Automation, EDI).
  • Conduct web training sessions for team members
  • Coordinate technical web issues
  • Ensure quality of online customer service.
  • Identify trends and best practices and suggest new digital initiatives or improvements based on the insights.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or a relevant field
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Great knowledge of digital media trends and social media platforms
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Be resultsoriented, resourceful, responsible, and autonomous
  • Selfstarter with a sense of accountability and the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
  • Rigorous approach to deadline management, overseeing shortterm projects with tight deadlines and long terms project with critical stage gates
  • High attention to detail
  • Collaborative working style; strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy; superb listening and influencing skills; the ability to cultivate and sustain trust and credibility with colleagues.
  • Coding experience HTML, CSS
  • Excellent English and French written and oral skills (asset)
